Makodu Vanasiri Homestay

"We went for a trail race and stayed at homestay Makodu Vanasiri — honestly one of the best homestays I’ve ever stayed at. They treated us like family, fed us the most delicious homemade food, checked on us after the race, and made sure we were comfortable in every possible way. The place is peaceful, clean, surrounded by nature, and run by the sweetest people. Highly recommending it to anyone visiting this side of Karnataka. ❤️🏡"

"The stay feels like second home it’s very beautiful & with an amazing view . The owner is very humble and good person. They serve amazing food here and with 3-4 varieties for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have camp fire and they provide Bluetooth speaker as well in the evening . Added brownie points they serve amazing starters both veg and non- veg. The rooms are pretty clean they have drinking water at each room and mosquito coils and heater. The beds are also good and they have extra blankets and pillows as well. They have small fan as well & we did not use it much as the weather was too cold to use lol . I would definitely recommend this for my friends out there. It is good for both families and big group of friends.♥️💫"

"Wonderful hosts - very welcoming and flexible. We had an amazing two nights stay experience. The view from the stay, the calmness of the surrounding is very good. They serve good veg and non-veg options. Good front porch to play games. The campfire in the night is sth to enjoy. Clean bathrooms and neat beds, good interiors.Good option for families and bachelors."
